Recognizing that the need for support is even greater during the pandemic,
the Sacred Heart Knights joined with many of our parishioners to prepare and
deliver over 1000 Thanksgiving meals to families and individuals throughout our community.
Special thanks to our brother Knight, Len Angelli, who organizes and runs this tremendous
event every year.
Due to the pandemic, we were unable to hold our annual Oktoberfest celebration in the parish hall.
Keeping with the Oktoberfest spirit, the Sacred Heart Knights instead offered German-inspired
takeout meals for parishioners to enjoy at home. We can't wait until next October, when
hopefully we can all celebrate and dance to the music together again!
The day after his ordination to the Priesthood, Father Joshua Matthew Livingston celebrated
his first Mass at Sacred Heart Church. Several of the Sacred Heart Knights and their families
were in attendance at Mass and received a blessing from Fr. Josh afterwards.

In what turned out to be our last Lenten Fish Fry in 2020 due to the pandemic, parishioners gathered together to pray the
Stations of the Cross and then enjoy delicious fish and chips in the parish hall. For many of us, that was our last in-person
social gathering for quite some time. We're grateful for these opportunities to be together and look forward to rejoining
each other soon. The Sacred Heart Knights will be ready when we do!
Immediately following 9:30 Mass, the Sacred Heart Knights held their first combined
Exemplification of Charity, Unity and Fraternity. At this ceremony, three new Knights
officially joined our council. Following new K of C guidelines, it was our first
public exemplification and everyone in the parish was invited to attend.
